Getting Started ?

  3. Don’t forget to add a profile picture, cover image, & write a bio! Here is how.

About Selling ?

Before you dive in, there are a few basics about selling that you should know. First, every photo you upload onto Twenty20 is automatically for sale for editorial use. If there are recognizable people in your photo, a model release will be required in order for your photo to be eligible for commercial use. (You can learn more about editorial and commercial licensing here.)

Secondly, you always keep the rights to your photos, even after they are purchased. This means you can sell the same photo over and over again, anywhere and at any time! And that’s exactly what we want to happen- we want you to sell your same photos over and over so you can make the most out of each one (and so that more people can see your work).

Lastly, we send payments to the PayPal that is connected with your Twenty20 account. We pay out commissions owed every month around the end of the month. To receive your earnings, make sure to connect a PayPal account to Twenty20. Click here for instructions on how to set that up.

For more information, check out our FAQ here or browse our blog for tips. Otherwise, start uploading your work and have fun!

What is the rule when a Twenty20 photographer is voting in a Challange and their own photo pops up? – are we to pass or is it fair to vote for your own photo? I have been searching the site and Challange rules but have not seen this addressed. Please let me know the Challange rule for voting on one’s own photo. Thanks!
